There is an ongoing decorating programme to ensure standards are maintained. Residents may bring in some of their own furniture if desired and are encouraged to personalise their room.

There is a callbell system from all rooms and all bathrooms and toilets in case you need assistance. Disabled shower units and bath available for easy entry into the bath and from it. This allows bathing and showering with dignity and security. There is a full passenger lift between floors and a ramp for access to the building, there is private parking for the home at the rear of the building.
